After three and a half years of research, artistic residencies and conversations across Europe and beyond, dialoguing@rts comes together in Berlin for its final event.
This won’t be a conference where each project output takes its turn on the podium. Instead, the research, policy and artistic sides of d@rts will meet in one shared, living environment. Artistic practice, research, policy and community engagement will interact there, and the people involved will co-create rather than just listen.
Over three days, the programme will include dedicated moments for:
- Researchers and educators
- Artists and practitioners
- Policymakers
These strands won’t run as separate tracks. They will cross and overlap, so artists work alongside researchers and policymakers. The event will also open up to Berlin’s local community. It will be a moment to share what we have learned, including the critical findings, and to present the project’s final policy recommendations.

🧳 Travel: We recommend arriving on Tuesday 27 April in the evening and leaving on Saturday 1 May.
