The consortium members will meet each other both to hold the General Assembly and to disseminate news about the project to the local community, interested stakeholders and policymakers and the broader public.
This year’s event will be held in Oulu (Finland) in the frame of the European Capital of Culture. The programme will also feature activities and artistic performances engaging local artists and practitioners.-
