Description
Work Package 8 (WP8) focuses on the communication, dissemination, and exploitation (CDEP) of the d@rts project. It aims to ensure the effective promotion and utilisation of project results both during and beyond the funded period.
WP8 coordinates the preparation of communication materials, develops strategies for long-term outreach, and oversees dissemination activities at local, national, and international levels. It includes activities such as creating communication kits, maintaining a project website, and organising events to showcase project results.
Objectives
- Wide Dissemination: Ensure project results are communicated broadly across multiple sectors, regions, and target groups.
- Sustainability: Guarantee that outcomes are effectively utilised beyond the project’s funded period.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain high-quality communication, dissemination, and exploitation materials.
Who
Lead Institution:
- The Association Européenne des Conservatoires, Académies de Musique et Musikhochschulen (AEC) leads WP8, coordinates international dissemination, develops strategies, and manages post-project publication efforts for two years.
Contributing Partners:
- Leuphana University: responsible for setting up and maintaining the project website.
- NORD: Assists in developing communication kits.
- All Partners: Contribute to communication activities at local and national levels, provide updates, and support sustainability and impact efforts.
- Associated Partners: Provide sector-specific expertise and support in the dissemination efforts
Deliverables
- Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (DECP): Includes a visual identity, inventory of communication channels, a calendar of public events, and long-term communication plans.
- Communication Kits: Tailored materials and stakeholder-specific information package for effective outreach.
- Website: A central platform for publishing research, project updates, and open-access scientific results.
- Intermediate and Final Events: Local and international workshops, performances, and symposia, including participation in European Capitals of Culture events (2024–2026) and a final showcase in spring 2027.
